Josette left school early today for a family fun day at the Long Beach Arena. This was Gigi and Jessie's 1st live performance. We watched skits from the movie Cars, Little Mermaid, Lion King and Tinker Bell. The girls especially loved the appearance of Mickey, Minnie and friends. There is something special for everyone when you experience anything Disney!
We spent a few nights in the snow with the Blaka's at their beautiful lake house. Not as much snow as last year, but Jeff and George found a school with a steep slope for sledding. We love getting our families together... the kids have fun while we adults catch up on some quality time together.
We headed up to Grandma Lang's for a beautiful day with the family. Everyone was there visiting, playing and enjoying good eats!

On Christmas Eve we had a special dinner with Ginny and Gene and let the girls open some presents early. There's nothing like watching the joy of kids on Christmas. So much anticipation... and the time has finally come!
