Field Trip

I was lucky enough to spend the whole day with Josette on her walking field trip to "Wilderness Park." I can't believe I've never been to this hidden treasure just blocks from our house. We spent the day on a photo scavenger hunt, preparing and performing a skit, eating a picnic lunch and hanging by the pond watching and feeding the ducks. I was in charge of my own group of 5 kids and we had a blast exploring the naturally beautiful and vast land.

Mom's Day at Town & Country

I was invited to spend the day at preschool with Jessie. We met on the play ground where she introduced me to her friends then played on the slides and painted pictures including her hands. We then went to the classroom where we had snack, decorated a picture frame, painted some more and sang songs. The day was meant for mother and daughter and was as special as can be. Jessie is smart, outgoing and talented and we love her this much... hold out hands as far as they reach!

Ditch School For A Play Date

Well not exactly... we left school a little early and drove to Orange County for a get together at Angie's house. It's been a while since these girls have been together and they all had a blast. While the kids ran around and played, I got to visit with Ang, Jaime, Brittany L., Jessica, Kelly and Brittney H. Sometimes Mom's need a play date too!

Halloween

I think we've started a tradition. This is the 2nd year the Cordas Family has joined us for Halloween. We always start with a party at our house with yummy food and cupcakes. Then we put on our costumes and wander the streets for candy and treats. We even found 2 neighborhood haunted houses on the way. Avenue C is the place to be! Soooo much fun!!!
