Christmas With Grandpa Lang and Ozell

Lots of wonderful family celebrations!  We all met at Aunt Cathy's for Christmas with Grandpa Lang and Ozell.  Uncle Joe and Aunt Sylvie joined too.  The kids loved being together and riding this year's hottest toy... the power board.  Everyone took turns riding until the end of the night when Gigi face planted and cut her chin.  An hour later we were 5 stitches in at the urgent care.  We were just 1 of the many casualties this season.  Minus the injury... we had a great time always!!!

We've been lucky to have many nights out lately.  Tonight we had dinner in Manhattan Beach then Berlin at The Saban Theater.  I've been dying to see them and although they were pretty good... she sang more new songs than old.  I came for Metro, Masquerade and No More Words... she sang Christmas songs and post 2000's.  When I see an 80's band, I want to hear 80's music!

We still had a great time!

Yearly Tradition

Every year Sherry and I and the husbands meet at the Chart House in Marina Del Rey for our Annual Christmas Dinner.  This year Heather and Mike joined.  It was such a nice night to get dressed up and spend quality time with our good friends.  The boys talked all things fishing, hunting and sports and us girls gabbed nonstop about life.  I love date night with Jeff especially ones that turn out so great!

Hoop Shoot

Josette won the hoop shoot in PE at Parras.  She then advanced to the Elks National Hoop Shoot at Redondo High School.  She came in 2nd place for the most free throws.  Now she'll advance to the next level on January 9th at Torrance High School.  If she wins, she'll be invited to Hoop Shoot at the Clippers half time show.  Go Josette!
